Questions, answered.
Who is Code Remix for?
Engineers and engineering leaders moving real codebases at scale. Practitioner sessions go deep for the people doing the work; leadership sessions cover strategy for the people who own the roadmap; the Hack Track is for anyone with a problem worth working. If you write, review, or answer for production code, this is your room.
What does my pass include?
One pass, no tiers. Your registration covers every session on the agenda, dinner and the reception on opening night, and breakfast, lunch, and snacks on Tuesday and Wednesday. Not included: transportation and lodging.
How does the Hack Track work?
Drop in any time — no sign-up, no fixed agenda. The room is open alongside every session block, all three days, and the people moving through it are practitioners from the talks, OpenRewrite contributors, and the Moderne team. Come with something concrete: the stuck migration, the recipe you can’t get right, the question nobody at work can answer. More on the Hack Track.
What should I bring?
A laptop and the problem you’re stuck on. The sessions ask nothing but attention; the Hack Track works best when you bring real code. February in Miami is warm and dry — pack a layer for the conference rooms and none for the beach.
When will the 2027 speakers and schedule be announced?
After the call for speakers closes on September 30, 2026 and the program is selected. Until then, the schedule, sessions, and speakers pages show how 2026 ran. Leave your email and we’ll tell you the moment the real program lands.
Can I speak at Code Remix?
The call for speakers is open through September 30, 2026, and the stage goes to people who shipped the work. Speakers get a free pass, hotel covered, and a travel budget. Submit a talk on Sessionize ↗
Are past sessions available to watch?
Yes — recordings from 2026 and 2025 are free on the sessions page, no gate and no form. The plan for 2027 is the same: film the talks, publish them for everyone.
Where should I stay?
At the venue if you can — the summit runs at Margaritaville Hollywood Beach Resort, and a discounted room block opens with registration. Book through the official link only; we never use third-party housing services, so treat any “housing bureau” call or email as a scam. Details on the travel page.
How do I get there?
Fly into Fort Lauderdale–Hollywood (FLL), about 15 minutes by car; Miami International (MIA) works too, usually 45 minutes up the coast. Already in Florida? Brightline stops at Fort Lauderdale and Aventura, each a short ride from the resort. Maps and links on the travel page.
