Building an AI software factory?
An AI software factory is what you get when agents stop being autocomplete and start being a production line: intent in, verified code out, at a volume nobody reviews by hand.
Everyone here is building one, and nobody has all the pieces. Come compare notes with people working across tens of millions of lines: what shipped, what got rolled back, and who blew their budget.
People who do the work
Case reports, not predictions. From the people whose name is on the change.
Small tables, long conversations
Attendees asked to sit in a room with each other and talk for a while. So we built it. Come with the question you can’t ask publicly.
Bring code. Leave with answers.
Your repo, your failing evals, and the engineers from the talks working next to you.

Last year’s stage included distinguished engineers from Morgan Stanley and BNY, staff engineers from Netflix, Spotify, and LinkedIn, and the CTO of Thoughtworks.

2026 rewind.
Netflix on trusting automated changes, Meta on scoring the risk in a diff, Uber on 75,000 test classes. Watch last year’s talks while we build the 2027 program.
Real engineers. Real code. Real problems.

Bring a repo that fights you, an eval that keeps failing, or a question nobody at work can answer. The Hack Track runs alongside every block and it’s included with every pass.

“You can get as deep in the weeds as you wish with likeminded engineers to find answers and solutions.”

Engineers who’ve been there
Speakers from the talks, OpenRewrite contributors, and the Moderne team.
Real code, real problems
A repo that fights you, an eval that keeps failing, a change nobody has budget for. Bring it and a laptop.

Who is Code Remix: AI Software Factory Summit for?
Engineers and engineering leaders moving code at scale. If you own a migration, a platform, or an agent program that has to run on a codebase you didn’t write, you’re in the right room.
What is the cost?
Super Early Bird Pricing: $900 (through September 30, 2026)
Early Bird Pricing: $1,100 (October 1 – November 30, 2026)
Standard Pricing: $1,300 (December 1 – February 24, 2027)
What does my pass include?
One pass, no tiers. Your registration covers every session on the agenda, dinner and the reception on opening night, and breakfast, lunch, and snacks on Tuesday and Wednesday. Not included: transportation and lodging.
What should I bring?
A laptop and the problem you’re stuck on. The sessions ask nothing but attention; the Hack Track works best when you bring real code.
When will the 2027 speakers and schedule be announced?
Call for speakers closes on September 30, 2026. Leave your email and we will notify you once the agenda is set.
Can I speak at Code Remix: AI Software Factory Summit?
The call for speakers is open through September 30, 2026, and the stage goes to people who shipped the work. Speakers get a free pass, hotel covered, and a travel budget. Submit a talk on Sessionize ↗
Where should I stay?
At the venue if you can. A discounted room block opens with registration. Book through the official link only. We never use third-party housing services, so treat any housing bureau call or email as a scam.
What is an AI software factory?
An AI software factory is what you get when agents stop being autocomplete and start being a production line: intent in, verified code out, at a volume no one can review by hand.
How does the Hack Track work?
Drop in any time — no sign-up, no fixed agenda. The room is open alongside every session block, all three days, and the people moving through it are practitioners from the talks, OpenRewrite contributors, and the Moderne team. Come with something concrete: the stuck migration, the recipe you can’t get right, the question nobody at work can answer. More on the Hack Track.
Are past sessions available to watch?
Yes — recordings from 2026 and 2025 are free in the sessions section, no gate and no form. The plan for 2027 is the same: film the talks, publish them for everyone.
How do I get there?
Fly into Fort Lauderdale–Hollywood (FLL), about 15 minutes by car; Miami International (MIA) works too, usually 45 minutes up the coast. Already in Florida? Brightline stops at Fort Lauderdale and Aventura, each a short ride from the resort. Maps and links in the travel section.
Code by the beach
Bring your laptop, and your sunscreen. Super-Early Bird pricing ends September 30.
